This chic is unscrupulous. 2014 She admits to being a dog flipper. Falsely states her affiliation with a vet local to her, and says her family is dog breeders.
Her real family has nothing to do with her and none of
them breed animals.
Not only does she acquire animals and resell them for a hefty profit, she falsifies vet records and registration papers. There has been more than one instance where she doesn't even acquire the animals first, but instead posts the animals for sale using the real owners images and doesn't take possession of the animals until she has them sold. She takes deposits for animals that don't exist.

Jordan been accused of taking deposits on animals she never has possession of and never delivers. There are actually reports into the hundreds about her doing this. See update below about someone finally suing her in 2017.
Her favorite scam has been to collect deposits made via Western Union and Money Gram under
the name James Donelson. Once the deposits have been collected she
blocks you from FB and her phone number.
Refuse to make a deposit and
she'll cuss you like a sailor.
See below for recent updates.

The only way this woman will be stopped is if the authorities catch her. Your reports are vital to them ever making an arrest. What she is doing is committing fraud, and each report is a felony.

She's been doing more than flipping animals. She steal them and sometime defrauds people by taking deposits from dozens and then cutting all contact with them.
Lack of laws concerning pet
flipping may have authorities' hands tied, but fraud is a felony.

UPDATE: Sept. 2017
Jordan finally picked someone that fought back. She was issued a summons to court for taking money from someone for a dog and not showing up to deliver.
She didn't show up to court, so the plaintiff won.
But what did he/she win? The court was unable to deliver the order to Donelson. The letter of judgement was returned to the court, "Undelivered."
Good for the person who finally sued her. Good luck collecting.
More people should be sending their case to the Missouri Attorney General for fraud.
