Matt was pretty busy flipping puppies for awhile and even came onto our Facebook page to defend himself. He had a few others saying what kind of major "service" he was doing these dogs by "finding them good homes."
No, he was selling dogs he picked up free or cheap. He's a pet flipper.
Matt had gone through several pups before we ran across him and had even used images of dogs he didn't yet have in his possession to advertise pups for sale.
